China's external demand is proving to be very robust, with trade with other parts of the world – including Europe, Africa, the Middle East and South America – continually increasing despite diminished trade with the US, Marc Ostwald, chief economist and global strategist at ADM Investor Services International Limited, told CGTN. He added that those new markets are where the real growth area for China's trade lies.
