Dashcam video caught a rogue scooter rider knocking a cyclist off her bike, then speeding off.

The video went viral, and social media did the armchair detective work, tagging the police, who launched an investigation that same night.

The hit-and-run rider was found, fined, forced to sit through road safety classes, and was also locked up for a bit.
