What China did with electric vehicles (EVs), it will do with robotics – only faster, predicts Peter Alexander, founder of investment advisory firm Z-Ben Advisors. China is already moving into the "fourth generation of industrial production," Alexander told CNBC, drawing a direct parallel with the country's EV boom. A decade ago, he said, there was "very little attention paid towards Chinese EVs... and now they dominate globally."
