Chinese chef takes the hassle out of Hasselback potatoes

To "hasselback" is to cut potatoes or other vegetables about halfway through in thin slices. It's a technique that goes back to Stockholm in the 1950s. But one Chinese chef is taking it to the extreme, without even breaking a sweat. Thanks to his stellar kitchen skills, potatoes are transformed into the finest of edible accordions.
