China's Zhang Shuai and Katerina Siniakova of the Czech Republic completed a dominant run at the 2026 WTA National Bank Open presented by Rogers, winning the women's doubles title in Toronto without losing a set.

The top-seeded pair defeated third seeds Sara Errani and Nicole Melichar-Martinez 6-3, 6-4 in the final to secure the championship. The match lasted 80 minutes, with Zhang and Siniakova maintaining their composure against the experienced Italian-American partnership.

Zhang and Siniakova controlled the final by converting key opportunities while defending against pressure from their opponents. Their victory capped a perfect tournament campaign, making them the first pair since 2017 to win the women's doubles title at the event without dropping a set.

For Zhang, the triumph added another WTA 1000 women's doubles trophy to an already successful 2026 season. The Chinese veteran previously won the Australian Open title with Elise Mertens, while she and Siniakova had also teamed up to win the Adelaide International earlier in the year.

Siniakova, one of the most accomplished doubles players of her generation, continued her strong season with another major title alongside a different partner. The Czech star has now further strengthened her position among the leading players in women's doubles.
