Why WWII Stories still captivate Chinese youth

On August 15, 1945, Japan announced its unconditional surrender. Eighty-one years later, at the September 18 Incident History Museum in Shenyang, northeast China’s Liaoning Province, young Chinese are finding their own ways to remember the past, not through hatred, but through a commitment to ensure it is never forgotten.
