Zelenskyy: I informed the senators about the ongoing Russian terror using ballistic missiles. It is very important that Ukraine has the means to counter this, and the implementation of the decision to grant licenses for the production of "Patriot" systems could significantly help. We also discussed cooperation between Ukraine and the United States, bilateral agreements, and promising projects.
