Israeli media: Defense Minister Israel Katz instructed the IDF to act forcefully against the phenomenon of launching balloons, kites, or drones from Gaza toward the surrounding settlements—and to take all necessary measures to prevent it: including thwarting Hamas leaders responsible for the launches and the perpetrators themselves, evacuating neighborhoods and areas from which the launches will be carried out, and activity against the terrorist infrastructure in place.
