China's Tiangong Omni robot won the 400-meter race at the World Humanoid Robot Games with a viral hands-over-face running pose. According to robot motion control expert Han Gang, this unique gait was fully self-developed via reinforcement learning. The robot iterated and optimized movements in simulation on its own, and was not designed to imitate a little girl's pose.
