The film Once Upon a Time in the Middle East is a gift from China to the world to show that life without war is better, says Mohamed Osama, the Egyptian producer of the movie and founder of Dragon Bridge Media.
The movie follows an ordinary Chinese chef who stays behind in a war zone, offering protection to orphaned children. Osama believes great nations with great minds and talent can do great things when they work together. And he hopes for more films like this – films that remind us that even in the darkest times, a warm meal can still be an act of hope.
