Rising floodwaters trapped villagers in their homes as Typhoon Zitan hit Fangchenggang City, south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, on August 23. Footage shows firefighters forming a human wall to help evacuate stranded villagers, standing against the rushing water to guide them to safety.
