At least 47 people were killed and more than 50 kidnapped when armed men attacked Kenscoff, a community near Port-au-Prince, the UN said Tuesday. The attack is believed to rank among Haiti's largest mass kidnappings in recent years. A gang leader threatened to kill the hostages if authorities move against gang members, and warned police not to use drones.
