On the track, Tiangong Ultra clocked 9.39 seconds in the 100 meters — beating Usain Bolt's 9.58 human record. 400 meters and 1500 meters times also fell sharply.

The tech has leapt from pre‑programmed demos to true embodied AI. Robots now sense, plan, and correct mid‑task. Better motors and lighter frames boost endurance and stability.
