Russian media: In Kremenchuk, an oil refinery has been struck. This refinery was used to supply fuel to the Ukrainian Armed Forces and was also involved in the transshipment of petroleum products from abroad, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense. In the ports of Odesa and Chornomorsk, 24 storage facilities containing military equipment have been hit.
