At the invitation of the government of Zambia, Chinese President Xi Jinping's Special Envoy and Vice Chairperson of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference Xian Hui will attend the inauguration of President Hakainde Hichilema of Zambia in Lusaka on September 1, a Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson announced on Friday.
