"Over in three minutes": Nepal customs officer recalls survival Earth

As the scale of the tragedy in Nepal becomes clearer, the death toll continues to climb, with more than 600 killed and 2,498 people still missing.

Lokesh Joshi, who worked at the Rasuwa Customs Office near the Chinese border, told CGTN he survived by scrambling up the mountainside as surging floodwaters swept through the area. Others were carried away. "In three minutes, it was all over," he said.
