On August 26, part of a glacier nearly 5,000 meters above sea level broke off in Nepal. A CGTN stringer captured the devastation on the ground in Bidur, Nepal. Homes, roads and bridges have been submerged or swept away. Thick layers of mud and debris now cover parts of the area.
