The year 2026 marks the 25th anniversary of the founding of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). This year's SCO Summit is held in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan, from August 31 to September 1.

In this video, young Kyrgyz student Adel shares her favorite Chinese films and impressions of the country. Adel says "Better Days" was the first Chinese film that caught her attention. She has also watched the hit films "Ne Zha" and "Big World". She describes "Ne Zha" as visually stunning and emotionally rich, while "Big World" left a lasting impact with its gentle yet powerful storytelling.

Adel also expressed her admiration for young Chinese actors and directors. She hopes to see more films exploring themes of family, identity and personal growth, especially true stories that reflect the diverse lives of young people across China.
