In connection with statements made by Ukraine, aimed at creating direct threats to civil aviation, the competent authorities of the Russian Federation are in contact with the leadership of the International Civil Aviation Organization (#ICAO) in Montreal.An urgent appeal has been sent to the Secretary-General of ICAO, Juan Carlos Salazar, regarding this matter.
