China's fourth batch of emergency relief arrives in Nepal

The fourth batch of emergency relief supplies from China arrived at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu aboard a PLA Air Force Y-20A transport aircraft on the afternoon of September 8.

Chinese Ambassador Zhang Maoming and Nepal's Minister for Science, Technology and Innovation Mahabir Pun attended the handover.

The aid includes rescue hovercrafts, stainless steel permanent magnet flood control pumps, backup batteries, mortuary cabinets, solar lights and other essentials.

The delivery underscores China's continued support for Nepal following last month's devastating mudslide.
