As people around the world live longer, what does it mean to age healthily? And how can medicine help us not only extend lifespan but preserve independence, function and quality of life?

In this special program, CGTN Health Talk brings together leading experts from China and the United States to explore the science and practice of healthy longevity. We invite Dr. Chang Zhigang, director of Critical Care Medicine at Beijing Hospital; Roberta Lipson, founder of United Family Healthcare; Dr. David Furman, professor and director of the AI and Bioinformatics Platform at the Buck Institute for Research on Aging; and Dr. Sean Xiao Leng, professor of Medicine, Molecular Microbiology and Immunology, and Health Policy and Management at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.

From chronic inflammation and biological aging to preventive care and artificial intelligence, the experts explore the science and practice of healthy longevity. They also discuss how international collaboration can help tackle the global challenge of aging.
