A 5-year-old child at a residential community in Shuozhou City, north China's Shanxi Province, got his head stuck between the bars of a sixth-floor window, with his body dangling precariously outside. Some neighbors alerted the child's family and called the police while others held out quilts below to form a safety net. The building staff climbed out from a balcony and held the child securely before the rescue personnel arrived and pulled the child back inside. The child sustained no physical injuries.
