Devastating mudslide: 24/7 hotline shifts to DNA, travel help

An English-language hotline set up in the Xizang Autonomous Region after the devastating mudslide is still operating around the clock to support families of missing people. One of the team members handling the calls, Gesang Quzong, says the focus of calls is changing. Early questions about search progress have given way to queries regarding DNA sampling requirements and travel procedures for relatives coming into the region.
