China's first offshore oil and gas in-situ expansion platform for use in 100-meter-deep water has officially been put into operation. The project adopts an innovative module installation mode without stopping production. It adds 12 new well slots and supports 16 adjustment wells, breaking offshore capacity bottlenecks. Multiple domestically developed technologies ensure stable, safe operation in deep-sea environments, upgrading China's offshore energy development capability.
