Bahraini: 'The Ministry affirms that regional security and stability cannot be built by turning a blind eye to attacks, nor purchased through silence regarding their consequences, nor preserved through a policy of appeasement. While the Kingdom of Bahrain upholds good neighborliness as a legal obligation rather than a mere political gesture, it believes that peace rests upon four indispensable pillars: halting attacks; establishing international accountability for them and redressing the resulting damage; respecting state sovereignty and ensuring no state’s territory is used as a launchpad for attacks against neighbors; and resolving outstanding issues through legal means.'
