Aftermath of passenger ferry fire that killed 76, left 13 missing

Rescuers recovered additional remains from a passenger ferry gutted by fire in the Philippines, raising the death toll to 76, with 13 still missing. Forty-three of the 132 people aboard survived Wednesday night's blaze. Its cause remains unknown, though a survivor said it may have started in the cargo hold after hearing a blast. Maritime safety and criminal investigations will examine the cause of the fire and possible liability.
