The US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) said Monday that September 22 has been set as the primary date for the 14th flight test of SpaceX's giant Starship rocket.
According to an updated FAA operations plan, the launch is scheduled to take place from SpaceX's Starbase facility in the US state of Texas. September 23 has been listed as a backup date.
SpaceX conducted the 13th flight test of its Starship system on July 24, achieving several major milestones, including the first deployment of next-generation Starlink V3 satellites and an in-space engine relight test.
