The plenary of the European Parliament has condemned this Wednesday the use of migration flows as a tool of "hybrid warfare" to destabilize the member states of the European Union and, consequently, has demanded an "independent and thorough" investigation to clarify the responsibility in the irregular crossing of about 80,000 people to Ceuta from Morocco.
