Zelenskyy: 'During the Carpathian Eight summit, I held a bilateral meeting with the President of Romania, Nicușor Dan. I am grateful for the active dialogue and substantive cooperation between us. Today, we are expanding this cooperation to include a regional dimension, focusing on our shared Carpathian region. This holds significant potential not only for the economy but also for security and deeper people-to-people ties.We discussed projects where we can accelerate progress and support one another. These include, in particular, the SAFE initiative and the joint production of drones, infrastructure and humanitarian issues, and, of course, security in the Black Sea region. I thank Romania for its support of the Carpathian Initiative and its consistent assistance to Ukraine.'
