On September 16, Chinese Ambassador to the Netherlands Shen Bo and HCCH Secretary General Christophe Bernasconi signed an MOU in The Hague on cooperation to strengthen global governance. It is the first cooperation document between China and an international organization in the Netherlands on implementing the Global Governance Initiative. The two sides will strengthen cooperation in international law and promote the development and implementation of international conventions. They expressed their readiness to further deepen cooperation and contribute to a more just and equitable global governance system.
