Plumes of smoke rose from the Moscow Oil Refinery on Sunday after a large-scale drone attack on the Russian capital and surrounding region, according to a social media video verified by Reuters.

Russian authorities said three people were killed in the Moscow region and part of the refinery was damaged. They described it as the largest drone attack so far in Moscow and its surrounding region.
