The 2026 CMG Mid-Autumn Festival Gala has landed in Huainan, east China's Anhui Province — the birthplace of the ancient text recording the legend of Chang'e flying to the moon. It's China's biggest night for family reunion.  

It's fitting then, that the set is built around the full moon itself, a symbol of completeness, with traditional performances and traces of Huainan's culture throughout.
