In 1935, surrounded by 400,000 enemy troops with virtually no path forward, 30,000 Red Army soldiers accomplished one of the most brilliant tactical breakouts in military history along the Chishui River in southwest China's Guizhou Province.

Ninety years later, on the very same land of Guizhou where they fought, historic crossing sites meet modern engineering wonders like the Huajiang Grand Canyon Bridge.

Every generation has its own Long March, and every generation has its own "Chishui River" to cross. The spirit of our predecessors is something we will never forget.
