More than 400 people from both sides of the Taiwan Strait have celebrated China’s traditional Mid-Autumn Festival with a reunion event in Beijing. At Wednesday’s gathering, the Taiwan participants said that the Mid-Autumn Festival is not merely a festival but also a time for family reunion, and that they will never forget their roots in the motherland.
