IDF: 'Following a serious safety incident that occurred yesterday in the combat area in the Gaza Strip, in which Chief Warrant Officer (res.) Nadav Klei and Chief Warrant Officer (res.) Ofer Moalem z"l were killed, the Chief of the General Staff, Lieutenant General Eyal Zamir, has instructed the establishment of a team of experts to examine the circumstances of the incident, headed by a Brigadier General in the Ground Forces.The team will examine the circumstances of the incident in order to prevent the recurrence of similar cases in the future.'
