This aims to allow the resumption of flights for humanitarian reasons, such as medical treatment, education, religious pilgrimages, and the interests of civilians.While working to de-escalate tensions in the region, the Iraqi government emphasizes that the continuation of crises further complicates the situation. It calls upon all parties to engage in dialogue and negotiation to reach solutions that end the current crisis and conflicts, thereby serving the interests of the region's nations and peoples.'
