Iranian FM: 'We are prepared for both diplomacy and war. They have tested us in both arenas. They have tested us twice through acts of aggression, and if they wish to test us again, we welcome it.They have also tested us in the realm of diplomacy...We have proposed a seven-day plan. We are asking them to take specific actions—steps we believe they can complete within four or five days.Then, on the sixth day, the Strait would be opened, and on the seventh day, we would resume negotiations with them to reach a final agreement.'
