The Chinese and US economic and trade teams have reached a positive consensus and contributed to the meeting between the two heads of state after holding consultations in New York and Washington, DC, from September 20 to 23, an official from the Ministry of Commerce's Department of American and Oceanian Affairs said on Monday.
