Twenty-four people have died in floods in Thailand since September 16 and over 2.8 million have been affected. In waterlogged Bangkok, people have been forced to wade through floodwater or travel by small boats. Many are cut off from power and clean water. Officials warn river levels may rise further in the coming days.
