Japanese media: At around 1:15 p.m., a man was shot near 6 Kamitsutsui-dori, Chuo-ku, Kobe City. The man, in his 60s, was shot in the abdomen and is in cardiac arrest. At around 1:35 p.m., there were also shootings near 3 Arata-cho, Hyogo-ku, Kobe City. The prefectural police are investigating the details of the incidents.
