Iranian Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi presented the US side's proposal to President Masoud Pezeshkian during a cabinet meeting on Wednesday, government spokesperson Fatemeh Mohajerani said, according to Iran's state media IRNA.
Araghchi also briefed the cabinet on Iran's proposed conditions for reopening the Strait of Hormuz, which were conveyed to the US through intermediaries, Mohajerani said in a post on X.
