Egypt's foreign ministry said on Wednesday that eight Egyptian crew members aboard the hijacked M/T Eureka oil tanker have been released.

The oil tanker was hijacked in May off the coast of Shabwa province by unidentified armed men who boarded the vessel, according to Yemen's coast guard at the time.
