American economist Richard Wolff praised China as the world's fastest-growing economy over the past 40 years, crediting it with lifting hundreds of millions out of poverty and giving them a decent life. He highlighted China's high-speed rail, electric vehicles and clean energy as proof of its rise, saying the world has much to learn from it.
