Newly released police bodycam footage shows officers arresting Luigi Mangione inside a McDonald's in Altoona, Pennsylvania, on December 9, 2024. The video also shows officers transporting him and processing him at a police station while they searched his belongings and examined identification documents.

During a federal court hearing in August, Mangione pleaded guilty to two stalking charges and admitted to fatally shooting UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson in Manhattan in 2024. He is scheduled to be sentenced on December 18. Mangione has pleaded not guilty to separate New York state murder, weapons and forgery charges.
