IDF Spokesperson: Over the weekend (Friday), an IDF soldier was seriously wounded and a combat officer was moderately injured as a result of an operational accident during an operation in southern Lebanon. The incident is being investigated. The soldiers were evacuated to the hospital for medical treatment and their families have been updated.
