In Luxian County, Luzhou City, southwest China's Sichuan Province, 13 kilometers of badly damaged rural road have been repaired after a single call to the 12345 hotline. 

Residents also reported more than 60 dangerous manhole covers at the community entrance. Those were fixed too. 

Getting children to school, shopping, and seeing a doctor are all safer and easier now.
