Tongren's 12345 government service hotline now sends tourism-related requests directly to scenic areas, speeding up coordination and issue resolution. Since the new mechanism was introduced, tourism complaint work orders at key scenic areas have dropped by nearly 60%, while the resolution rate of reasonable tourist requests has reached 100%.
