Ngari has started grid-connection testing for its first wind power project after all 10 turbines were hoisted into place. The 50-megawatt farm sits 4,600 to 4,800 meters above sea level, with each turbine rated at 5 megawatts. Once fully running, it will generate 180 million kilowatt-hours a year. The project is expected online by the end of 2026.
