2026 marks the China-Brazil Year of Culture. CMG has held the exhibition in Brazil every year since 2021, bringing nearly 100 Chinese film and television productions to Brazilian audiences. The initiative has become an important platform for local viewers to learn about China and experience Chinese culture.

In a video address, Chinese Ambassador to Brazil Zhu Qingqiao said that China-Brazil relations had reached a historic milestone, advancing from a comprehensive strategic partnership to a community with a shared future. Ties between the two countries have never been stronger, he added.
