China's Zheng Qinwen claimed her first China Open title on Sunday, defeating French Open champion Mirra Andreeva 7-5, 6-4 in the women's singles final in Beijing to secure her maiden WTA 1000 crown.
The victory also made Zheng the first home player to win the tournament's women's singles title.
